Mary Mount Hotel Terms and Conditions for Reservations & Deposits:
- Standard Rates – £100 deposit required per room to confirm your booking, free cancelation or amendments up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
- Non-Refundable rates – Full pre-payment required at the time of booking. No amendments to the booking and no refunds in the event of cancelation or no show.
- Terms for special offers and promotions may vary – please refer to your booking confirmation.
- Your final bill can be settled by cash or debit or credit card. We do not accept American Express; however, all other major cards are accepted.
- Guests booking through third party booking sites are asked to settle their accommodation bill on arrival.
- All Rates are per room per night, Bed & Breakfast (Unless otherwise stated) including VAT.
PRIOR TO CHECK IN.
- All bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas of Mary Mount Hotel are NON SMOKING. If we are unable to re-let a room following a customer smoking we reserve the right to charge for any costs of deep cleaning, and loss of revenue.
- Reception is Open between 8.00 am and 11.00 pm. Check in is between 3.00pm and 10.00pm, although customers wanting to arrive early and use the car park are most welcome. Check out is by 11.00 am on the departure day.
- The doors to the Hotel are locked between the hours of 11.00pm and 8.00am, although a front door key is provided to residents who need access to the Hotel.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS:
- Free changes can be made up to 14 days before arrival, subject to reservation terms
- Should circumstances arise beyond our control we reserve the right to offer an alternative choice of accommodation.
- The hotel reserves the right to change the tariff at any time without prior notification.
PERSONAL PROPERTY:
- The hotel is not liable for guests’ vehicles and their contents. Cars are parked in the car park in the car park at the owner’s risk.
- The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions. All items are left at the owner’s risk, however secure safe keeping facilities are available at reception.
- Lost property is retained for 2 months after which time it may be donated to charity or disposed of. If you leave anything behind we will do our best to return it to you however guests are liable for the cost of postage and packaging.
OTHER:
- Car park spaces are limited and are based upon a first come, first served basis.
- If you require directions to the hotel please call us and we can send them to you.
- At Mary Mount we aim to offer high levels of hospitality to all our guests, regardless of any disability or medical condition. We ask that if you have any particular requirements you read our Accessibility Statement as it is designed to give you the information you need in order for you to assess whether or not we can meet your particular needs. If you have read the Accessibility Statement and proceed to book with us, the hotel will not accept liability if your needs are not met.
